It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Hartman of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Hartman and Mildred Hartman (Miller); and his siblings, Joy Chubick, Larry and Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Gist); his children, Deb Murphy (John), Julie and Jeff; his grandchildren, Gabrielle (Spenser) and Lucas Barillas (Alivia); and his siblings, Jerry, Donna Hines, Wanda Stotler and Dan (Bud). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM. Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
