He was predeceased by: his father Merlin. He is survived by: his mother Linda Rohrig; his siblings, Rod Rohrig (Pam) and Robin Phillips (Dan); his significant other Jenn Goerdt; his son Anthony; his nephews, Justin Phillips, Jacob Phillips and Westley Rohrig; and also Parker-Hannifin. He is also survived by one aunt, two uncles and grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to Hall-Perrine Cancer Center or the American Cancer Society.
