It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Henderson of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Henderson and Hazel Henderson (Trumbull); his siblings, Velma Brown, Florence Hoag and Harold; his granddaughter Jamie; and his great grandchild Zoe.
He is survived by: his sibling Coggon; his wife Dorothy Forrest; his sons, David (Jeanne), Douglas (Joyce) and Daryl (Manyee); his grandchildren, Anthony (Melissa), Anne, Amy, Holly (Dustin Palmersheim), Ashley (Joseph Lynn) and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Zac, Emily, Kendall, Tyler, Skylar and Austin.
