We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2020, at the age of 88, Rex Story Jr. of Cedar, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Ann Story; and his parents, Rex B. H. and Wilma Story, Sr. (Goldsworthy). He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Hovis (Keith) of Stillwater, Jo Cavel (Michael) of Omaha and Susan Henke (Joseph) of St Charles; his brothers, Robert Story (Grace) of Cresco and Donald Story (Martha) of Osage Beach, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Karen Eubanks (Tim), Scott Hovis (Jennifer), Patrick Vance (Maria), Kory Henke (Ashlyn), Cristen Cavel and Hannah Henke; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Elijah Eubanks, Charlotte, Natalie, Paige Hovis, Rex and Waylon Vance.
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association. 8.5.2 Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery Funeral Home.
