She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell H. Shaffer and Elizabeth H. Shaffer (Errington); her husband Jobie D. Atwater; and her siblings, Charles Shaffer, Barbara Blattner and Margaret Conner.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Huss (Ken) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jo Goodwin of Cedar Rapids, IA and Jay Atwater of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Brooke, Aubrey, Ashley, Andi Jo and Alyssa.
Memorial contributions maybe made in Patricia's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
