Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Norman Shatzer (Cedar, Iowa), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 78, on September 18, 2018. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom, Edna, Charles and Florence. He is survived by: his children, William, Alan and Janeen; his wife Janice; his siblings, Charlotte (Maurice) of Omaha, NE and Carroll Jo of Hartley, IA; his parents, Charles and Zilpha; his brother Tommy Bill; his sister-in-law Joyce; and also, Aunt Jo of Ewing, MO and Uncle Bill. He is also survived by his children and their spouses; William (Jana) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Alan (Karla) of LaCrosse, WI, and Janeen (Dave) Noel of Shell Rock, IA, nine grandchildren.
