He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Boudreaux; his grandparents, Alcee, Alvida Hulin Hebert, Leody and Anaise Boudreaux; and his aunts and uncles, Joyce Hebert Ducharme, Janel Hebert Savoie, Melba Hebert Melancon, Sable Boudreaux-Trahan, Howard Hebert, Earl Hebert and Elton Hebert.
He is survived by: his significant other Donald Linder of Marion Iowa; his father James Pervis Boudreaux; and his siblings, Randy Boudreaux and Pamela Boudreaux-Burley (John Burley) of Milton Louisiana. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
