He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence F. Howe. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Durbin; his stepfather Denny Durbin of Cedar Rapids; his sister Lisa Gardner (Randy) of Toddville; his stepsiblings, Jeff Durbin and Kimberly Breslow; his nieces and nephews, Allison, Matthew Gardner, Cameron and Colin Breslow; and his friend Tracy Tomkins.
