It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Grinde of Cedar, Iowa, born in Estherville, Iowa, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Hoye and Ruth Kidder Hoye; her husband Douglas Grinde; her children, Carol (Lagneaux), Cathy (Vickroy), David Grinde, Henry, George, Aaron and Ashly Lagneaux; her grandchildren, Smith and Brooks; and her children, Lindsay, Chris Schiedler, Ian Hoover-Grinde and Emma Hoover-Grinde.
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be directed to the Oldorf Hospice House located in Hiawatha, Iowa, a truly wonderful and caring place.
