Martha Briggs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Briggs of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Hooley Frank and Opal Frank (Webb); her husband Dr. Charles W. Briggs; her siblings, Opal Moore (Wayne), Lois Hathaway, Kenneth Frank, Mary Hindle and Charles; and also Bill Stewart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Briggs (Ron Adkins) and Charlene Briggs; and her grandsons, Joshua and Caleb Sauer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Memories. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
