With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marian Antin of Cedar, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Robert Herman Antin; her parents, Dorothy Bates Taylor and Harmon Robert Taylor; her brothers, Robert Harmon Taylor, Allen Marcus Taylor and Samuel Lord Taylor; her brother-in-law Richard Gallagher; her sister Nancy Gallagher of Granville, Ohio; her sisters-in-law, Mary Taylor of Shueyville and Marilyn Taylor of Madison, Wis.; her children, Sarah Antin, David Antin (Megan Ward) of Cedar Rapids, Elizabeth Sherman (Lee) of Marion and Benjamin Antin (Nancy) of Minneapolis; and her granddaughter Mafer. She was also cherished by four great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
