Lottie Luella Sands Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2019, at the age of 94, Lottie Luella Sands (Cedar, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent; her parents, William Cooper and Marie Cooper; her sister Erma McMullen; her brother-in-law Howard McMullen; her siblings, Arvin Cooper and Phyllis Johnson; and her brother-in-law Ole Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronna Miller (Charles) of Soldotna, Duane "Sandy" Sands (Lou Anne) of Cedar Rapids, Linda "Rusty" Duenow (Gary) of Cedar Rapids and Jill Sands; and her grandchildren, Shawn Naeve, Scott Heald, Dale Miller, Kelly Howell, Dana Rohrssen, Anna Gallager and Nicole Dvorsky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Unity Point Hospice, Cedar Rapids.
