He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kelley and Ellen Kelley; and his sister Jo Ellen Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Toby Kelley (Jade), Kyle Kelley (Jessie) and Jill Kelley; his stepchildren, Brandy Miller (Brad Farmer) and Daniel Miller; his siblings, Colleen Kelley, Kathy Telecky (Russ) and Tim Kelley (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, Joe Shreeves (Becky), Bruce Simpson and Carol Olmo (Joe). He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
