He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Conaway and Betty Conaway (Snyder); and his brother Terry Frey. He is survived by: his wife Kay A. Rehman Conaway; his sister Trudy Mohr (Terry) of Las Vegas; and his nieces, Stephanie and Stacie.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established at a later date.
