It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kurt Klosterman of Cedar, Iowa, born in Delaware, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Klosterman. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Schloeman; his pets, Angel, Squeakers and Caboose; his mother Joyce Klosterman-Brennan (Deutmeyer) of Cedar Rapids; and his siblings, Kevin (Elaine) of Greeley, Ken (Diane) of Cedar Rapids, June Stepanek (Denny) of Manchester, Sandy Barrett (Jim) of Ellenton, FL, Kim Klosterman of Cedar Falls and Judy Wessels (Tim) of Manchester. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Saint Rescue and Adoption Center or University of Iowa Abboud Cardiovascular Research Center.
