She is survived by: her husband Frank Bozanek; her children, Steven Bozanek (Lori) and Shelly Roman (Rick); her grandchildren, Erin Seevell (Bryan), Amber Tatum (Matt), Jacob Roman (Angela), Ashley Heiar and Logan Bozanek; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Charlee, Max, Dani, Luke and Ben.
The family would like to thank Mercy Medical Center and Oldorf Hospice House for their wonderful care of Kristen.; Memorials donations may be given to Olivet Presbyterian Church.
