She is survived by: her former husband Kenny Brandt; her children, Cheryl Bales of Cedar Rapids, IA, Robert Bales (Doris) of Viola, IA, David Bales of Cedar Rapids, IA, Richard Bales (Amy Kilpatrick) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Gary Bales (Shelly) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Kimberly Bales, Daniel Bales and Katie Bales; her great grandchildren, Shamarr, Teiya, Mikah Bales, Khalil and Khalessi Monden; and her brothers, Danny Neuzil (Ethie) of Decorah, IA and Norbert Neuzil (Ione) of Decorah, IA.
