She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Horstman and Martha Horstman (Gull); and her stepson David Smith. She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith; her son Randy W. Smith of Independence, MO; her stepson Alan Smith of Enumclaw, WA; her stepgrandson Kelby Smith of Enumclaw, WA.; and her siblings, Janis Harbaugh (Horstman) of Coon Valley, WI, June Werger (Horstman) of Garnavillow, IA, Julie, Judy Tuecke (Horstman) of Guttenburg, IA, Jay Horstman of Guttenburg, IA and Jeff Horstman (Hoss) of Guttenburg, IA.. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
