He was predeceased by: his father Philip High, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Stephen Levin. He is survived by: his wife Diann Davis High; his daughters, Rio Lynn High and Ronni Rae High; his mother Jane High; his siblings, Phillip High, Jr. (Becky) and Katheryne Levin; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Krenz and Doug Davis (Sumiyo). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
