She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGillicuddy and Lovell McGillicuddy; her parents-in-law, Marvin and Matilda Kuba; and her son-in-law Tim Canney.
She is survived by: her husband William Kuba; her children, Lisa Willett (Ed), Matt Kuba (Kathy) and Mike Kuba (Tammi); her grandchildren, Erin, Meghan, Jack, Emily and Ben; her siblings, Joe McGillicuddy (Jeri) and Angie Laures (Russ); her sister-in-law Joyce Kuba; and her nieces and nephews, Sara McWhinney (Mark) and Ryan Shawver (Misti).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Oldorf Hospice House or Camp Courageous.
