It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kennedy Jr. of Cedar, Iowa, born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Margaret Kennedy Sr. (Holdgrafer); his wife Suzanne Kennedy; and his siblings, Joan Shanahan, Carol Carlson, Edward (Kenny) and William Kennedy.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Kennedy (Lisa) of Marion and Casey Gale (Joe) of Coralville, Iowa; his grandchildren, Ryan Kennedy (Emily) of Cedar Rapids, Kyle Kennedy of Muscatine, Delaney Keitel (Phil), Bailey Gale, Willey Gale and Josey Gale; his great grandchildren, Henry Keitel and Seeley Keitel; and his brother Duane Kennedy of Texas.
