He was predeceased by: his aunt Meagan Hollingshead. He is survived by: his parents, Tausha Hollingshead and Josh Hollingshead; his brother Porter Hollingshead; his grandparents, Tom Adolph, Salam Daoud, Laura Gale, Lori Hollingshead, Laura Taylor, John and Kathy Hollingshead; and his great-grandparent James Anderton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and family/friends.
