She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hayes and Rose Hayes (Mailey); her husband Arthur Carlson; and her brothers, Dale, Emmett, Leo, Leonard, Billy and Gene Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Moore (Bill) of Savannah, GA and Dean Carlson (Maxine); her grandchildren, Lisa Loya (Joe), Tracey Sargent (Mark), Scott Carlson (Laura), Molly O'Brien (Shane), Monica Freiburger (Dan), Matt Carlson (Hillary), Kendyl Polson (Tommy), Connor Carlson and Colton Carlson; her daughter-in-law Paty Carlson of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her sister Rosemary Ingram of Lebanon, MO.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
