She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford; her parents, Leo Coffey and Elsie Coffey; her in-laws, Pete and Betsy McCarl; her sisters, Imogene and Brown (Maxine Palmer); her siblings-in-law, Paul, Bob and Carol Coffey; her niece Laura Coffey; and her grandson Brandon Mundt.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Elvin McCarl (Diana) of Ottumwa, Marvin McCarl (Joyce), Pamela Kennon (Bill) of St. Louis, Missouri and Mark McCarl (Karen) of Charlotte; and her brother Fred Coffey (Jane) of Massachusetts. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
