She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Kurtz and Clarence Kurtz; and her husband Forrest. She is survived by: her children, Linda Johnson-Thoma (AJ) and David Forde; her grandchildren, Danielle Gearhart (Mike), Joshua Johnson (Jodi), James Johnson (Amy) and David Forde Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mattie, Morie Johnson, Sophia, Forrest Gearhart, Ella, Cooper and Finely Johnson.
