He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; and his brothers, Stanley and Louis. He is survived by: his children, Julie Brusen, Steve Ginsberg and Tom Ginsberg; his grandchildren, Robin Brusen, Sam Brusen, Jackson Bartelme, Lincoln Ginsberg, Harrison Ginsberg, Isabel Ginsberg and Alexander Ginsberg; his great grandchild Penelope Rose Brusen; and his children-in-law, Karl Brusen, Leslie Hurtig and Lucy Harrington.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Temple Judah (3221 Lindsay Ln SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403). A shiva was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
