He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacobsen and Millie Jacobsen; and his brother Glenn. He is survived by: his wife Deloria; his children, Joni Bosch (Mike), Janis Powers (Dave) and Gary Jacobsen (Jill McConnell); his grandchildren, Jared Bosch, Cassie Bosch (Chris Ahern), Kristen Witt (Brian), Courtney Sand (Jesse), Lindsey Powers, Kelsey Miller (Tanner), Carter Jacobsen and Quinn Jacobsen; and his great grandchildren, Jacoby, Harrison, Emmett, Macy, Brooklyn, Leighton, Hannah and Gabriel. He is also survived by his wife, children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the ALS Association, the Bird House Hospice of Johnson County or the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight.
