He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Alice and Clyde; his daughter-in-law Jenni; and his parents, Oren Wise and Stella Wise (Mooney).
He is survived by: his wife Edie; his children, David (Martha), Joseph (Jenni), Martin and Christina (Michael Wright); and his siblings, Cletus, Bob, Jackie and Nancy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to Marion First United Methodist Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
