She is survived by: her children, David Hoffman of Bloomington, MN and Dixie Anderson (Tom) of Greene, Iowa; her grandsons, Matthew Belz, James Luke (Michele) and Nick Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Thomas (Vanessa) and Aeryn Anderson. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
