He is survived by: his children, Terry Collins of Austin, TX and Mike Shaffer (Nancy) of Anamosa; his grandchildren, Jason Collins, Zane Shaffer, Jacob Shaffer (Jesse), Jennifer David (Tim) and Cody Shaffer (Claire); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Collins, Brandon, Brenton Dvorsky, Raven, Pacey Shaffer, Jacob Lincoln, Johanna Shaffer, Rhett and Lennox Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
