It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolores Meier of Cedar, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dell W. Farrens and Agnes Ann Farrens (Erickson); her daughter Tamera Ann Meier; and her grandson Josh Meier. She is survived by: her husband Allen J. Meier; and her children, Robert Meier (Connie) of Cedar Rapids, Ronald Meier of Cedar Rapids, Rodney Meier of Cedar Rapids, Denise Meier-Anderberg (Rodney) of Grand Mound, Deborah Meier-Casper (John) of Redmond and Pamela Meier of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
