She is survived by: her children, Julie Leach and David Leach (Brenda); her grandchildren, John Leach, Tony Millang (Taylor), Meghan Zalewski (Leif) and Geo Hunter (Chaelor); her great grandchild Ehren Zalewski; her sister Elaine Moore (Terry); her siblings-in-law, John Nicholson and Nancy Ochiltree; her nieces, Lisa Gilliatt (Brian), Sara Kirkpatrick and Lena Leach (Nick); and her nephew Nick Ochiltree (Jessica).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Cedar Rapids Community Health Free Clinic.
