He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Allick and Christiane Allick. He is survived by: his sisters, Dianne O'Brien (Mike) of St. Petersburg and Deb Allick of Cedar Rapids; his spouse Vinca Ketterer of Fennimore; and his sons, Nathan, Christopher (Kacie) and Adam.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital or Last Hope Animal Rescue.
