He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Ammeter and Blanche Ammeter (Aldrich); and his siblings, Verla Mae Henderson and Duane Ammeter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Walden; his sons, Darwin Jr. (Denise), Jeff (Rhonda Martin) and Kevin (Pam); his grandchildren, Matthew Ammeter, Josh Ammeter, Danielle Fahnle (Greg), Kaleb Ammeter, Parker Ammeter, Blake Martin and Charley Martin; his great grandchildren, Alexis Ammeter, Rayleigh McLaughlin, Jude Ammeter, James Fahnle, Palmer Callender and Peyton Fahnle; and his sister Sandy Scott.
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed there.
