We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, at the age of 72, Barbara Quigley of Cedar, Iowa, born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Quigley and Shirley Quigley (McLaughlin).
As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Iowa Humane Alliance.
