She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Roger Heiken, Robert Mally, Anna, Albin Sluzenski, Thelma and Dale Purvis.
She is survived by: her parents, Erick Mally and Rebecca Purvis; her grandparents, Diana Purvis, Joseph Bromberg, Larry Purvis, Gary and Jeanie Mally; her great-grandparents, Angela Mally and Shirley Storm; her uncle Kyle; and her aunt Rhonda Mally.
Born during the COVID-19 pandemic, and spending a portion of her short life in NICU, she still touched many lives and will be missed by all.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Audrey's name to the University of Iowa Children's Hospital.
