It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlo Netolicky of Cedar, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Netolicky and Leona Netolicky (Kadlec); his grandson Luke; and his siblings, Darrell, Warren, Roxene and Diane.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elsbury of Marion, IA; his children, Una Phelps (Dave) of Marion, IA, Zelda De Hoedt (Russ) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Ida Cada (Jerry) of Shueyville, IA and Rex Netolicky (Joey) of Hiawatha, IA; his grandchildren, Amanda (Mike), Elizabeth (Josh), Andrea (Ben), Marissa (Zach), Jordan (Brandi) and Andrew (Darian); and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Blakely, Boston, Jenna and Jacie.
