With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendell Carlson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carlson and Agnes Carlson; and his siblings, Derrald and Delores. He is survived by: his wife Vi Carlson of Cedar Rapids, IA; his children, Dawn Koeppen (Mark) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Brian Carlson (Jill) of Vinton, IA; and his grandchildren, Nichole, Andrea, Michael, Joseph, Kurt, Tami and Jake. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for charitable distribution.
