He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schilling and Helen Schilling; his wife Darlene Lesle; his siblings, Robert, Donald and Mary Jeanne Tedrow; and his grandson Josh Skvor.
He is survived by: his children, David Schilling (Carol) of Tennessee, Keith Schilling (Tracey) of Shueyville and Linda Skvor (Joe) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Michael Schilling (Jess Stuczynski) of Florida, Anna Holman (Derek) of Tennessee, Karleigh Schilling (Ben Turnley) of Oklahoma, Kaden Schilling of Shueyville, Jake Skvor of Marion, Samuel Skvor (Allison) of New Jersey and Shane Skvor of Cherokee; his friends, Ron Prescott and Chuck Martinec; and his caregivers, Scout Kasik, Greg Sloan, Tammy Castillo, Dr. Erica Craw and Julie Lawrence.
