He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Sr. Murdock and Hazel Murdock (Putnam). He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Hostak); and his children, Mark, Vicki, Mike and Michelle. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
