Vernon Hootman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon Hootman of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vernon Hootman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Hootman; his son Tyson Hootman; and his brother Michael Hootman. He is survived by: his children, Terry Hootman (Audra), Theresa Harder (Larry) and Tom Hootman (Latoya); and his nieces and nephews, Trent Hootman (Tammy), Jared Hootman, Tammy Ryan, Tracy Ryan (Yvonne), Gregory Winterowd (Heidi) and Jennifer Wilson (Mark). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
