She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Wayne Ealy and Ellen Bernice Ealy (Lorraine); her husband Richard Frank Swanson; her son Richard Van Meter; and her siblings, Vicki, Carolyn, Colleen, Denny, Tommy and Mike.
She is survived by: her close friend Rudy; her daughter Karla Hankemeier; her daughter-in-law Darlene Van Meter (Richard); her sons, Terry Van Meter (Nancy), Jeffery Van Meter (Gerry), Scott Van Meter (Katrina) and Kristofer Swanson (Dana); her siblings, Susie Cavros, Julie Morton (Paul), Joy Tiernan, Marty Ealy and Ted Ealy (Penny); her caregiver Stephanie; and also Jeff. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
