He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Tlusty and Evelyn Tlusty (Vomacka); and his brother Ted Tlusty. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheryl Kobusch (Dan) of Cedar Rapids and David Swenka (Joanne) of Marion; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Swenka, Robin Swenka, Dillon Kobusch, Angela Kobusch, Brad Tlusty, Greg Tlusty and Ed Tlusty.
