He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Chittick and Lester Chittick; and his sister Ann Malina. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ingram-Chittick; his children, Jeff Chittick (Holly) of Marion, Jay Chittick of Millersville, PA, Brian Ingram (Amy) of Iowa City and Shelley Dunn of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Greg Chittick, Jenna Ackman (Chris), Taylor Chittick (Stephanie), Dane Chittick, McKenna Crumbaugh, Quinn Dunn, Jordan Ingram, Alexa Aldrich-Ingram, Cecilia Aldrich-Ingram, Sage Ingram and Cade Ingram; and his great grandchildren, Bruce, Bennet and Hayden.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. John Xxiii Catholic Church (8100 Roncalli Dr SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy or to the American Cancer Society of Eastern Iowa.
