He is survived by: his wife Liz; his pet Mizzou; his brother David Lee Durham (Karen Heil) of Hardin, MO; his niece Kristen Durham (Matias Travizano) of San Mateo, CA; his nephew Kyle Durham (Courtney) of Norborne, MO; his great-nephews, Simeon and Elijah; and his great-uncle Harold Moyers (Barbara) of Greenville, MO. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
