With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry Lee Potter of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Iowa City, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Potter and Geraldine "Boots" Potter (Stinocher); his brother Robert; and his daughter-in-law Kim Potter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Potter of Cedar Rapids; his children, Chris Potter of Mechanicsville, IA and Kelly Thomas (Brent) of Marion, IA; his brothers, David Potter (Linda) of Oxford, IA and Keith Potter (Barbara) of Arlington, TX; and his grandchildren, Aleah, Alexis, Brie, Kyle, Tina, Maddie and Iain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Lung Association.
