Terrell Blackbourn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terrell Blackbourn of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terrell Blackbourn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Blackbourn and Ruth Blackbourn (Eastman); his wife Donna S. Blackbourn; and his brother Dennis Blackbourn. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Handeland (Wayne) of Cedar Rapids and Sheilah Martin (Russell) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Holly Kardell (Ryan), Sabrina, Ryan and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Kyler; and his siblings, Kenneth Blackbourn (Ruthann) of Dixon, IL and Jo Ellen Roche (Tom Rupnow) of Monroe, WI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (350 27th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Asbury United Methodist Church.
