He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Neil Kleinmeyer, Terry and Virginia Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Zayne Bricker of Marion and Charles Lowe of Peoria, IL; his brother Travis Lowe (Stefany); his grandmother Karen Kleinmeyer; his nieces, Ava, Molly and Emma; his nephew Wyatt; and his parents, Robert Lowe and Michelle Kleinmeyer Lowe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to his family.
