He is survived by: his wife Julie Irish; his daughters, Stacey Chamberlain-Farmer and Tammy Karr (Dennis); his siblings, Mike, Dan Chamberlain, Lisa Benton (Bob), Janis Chamberlain, Lori Chamberlain and Kathy Chamberlain; his nieces and nephews, Cory Chambers, Ben Chambers and Ashley Harville; and his mother Donna Burkey Chamberlain. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
