He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Chamberlain; his grandsons, Lucas Farmer and Alexander Benjamin Michael Chamberlain; and his parent Leslie Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Julie Irish; his daughters, Stacey Chamberlain-Farmer and Tammy Karr (Dennis); his siblings, Mike, Dan Chamberlain, Lisa Benton (Bob), Janis Chamberlain, Lori Chamberlain and Kathy Chamberlain; his nieces and nephews, Cory Chambers, Ben Chambers and Ashley Harville; and his mother Donna Burkey Chamberlain. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Teahen Funeral Home (3100 F Ave NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405).
