He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jacobson and Vivienne Jacobson (Fish); his siblings, Raymond Jacobson and Nancy Brown; his grandson Ben Johnson; and his great grandchild Imani Sande.
He is survived by: his wife Pat of Cedar Rapids; and his daughters, Karen Jacobson (Dave Yarbrough) of Marysville, WA, Diane Sande (Dennis) of Charles City, IA, Susan Johnson (Donovan) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Laura Lindquist (DJ) of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions maybe made in his name to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
